原料:鱼丸,西红柿2个。<br />

步骤1:鱼丸我买了7块钱的,够3个人的吃了。西红柿洗净切片。<br />

步骤2:锅中少许底油,油热假如姜沫爆香下,然后倒入西红柿煸炒一分钟微软。<br />

步骤3:然后加入2大汤碗清水,烧沸后两分钟后加入鱼丸。<br />

步骤4:鱼丸烧滚浮起来,撒下葱花,调入适量盐即可上桌,亦汤亦菜,可供3~4人用。<br />

步骤5:西红柿性微寒而味甘酸,能健胃生津助消化。如《陆川本草》谓其“生津止渴,健胃消食,治口渴,食欲不振”。鱼丸为鱼胶或鱼肉制成的,营养丰富,滋补而不滞。重用的生姜能驱寒健胃,合而为汤则健脾胃、滋胃燥。</p>
